Located in Schwerte,
Germany, Fleischhacker GmbH & Co. KG is a company specialising in medical
and laboratory technology with substantial experience in international aid. In
Germany, we predominantly supply hospitals, GPs’ surgeries, emergency services
and corporations. Since 2007, Fleischhacker has also been distributing its
MediConnect® software – a comprehensive solution for the management of clinical
processes in hospitals and in GPs’ surgeries.
Based in Jakarta, with
a back scientific support from Germany and other sources, we provide a wide
range of the products, which is supplied to Chemicals Industry, Pharmaceutical,
F&B, Service Laboratories, Hospitals, clinical laboratory, forensic laboratory,
Physician’s offices, blood bank, universities and others.
We also implement a
medical software development focusing mainly on our in-house medical software,
from specialized medical connections to the management of work-flows in
hospitals and field medicine. Today, we also conduct the core medical export
business of our headquarters in Asia.
To strengthen our
Indonesia team, we are looking for professional and enthusiastic candidates to
join us in the following position:
• Report the actual
progress against the original plan and forecast of the overall schedule
and individual schedule of the project to Management.
• Discuss and coordinate
with project teams, the client and other relevant parties regarding the
actual progress against the original plan and forecast of the overall and
individual schedule of the project.
• Attend project
schedule meetings, team meetings with relevant parties within the company
and outside parties.
• Prepare and update
various project schedules reflecting the schedules derived from project
members.
• Monitor and control the
progress of the overall project schedule and the schedules of each discipline
(Coding developers, Database, design and relevant discipline). Decide project
WBS and progress measurements in cooperation with each
discipline and set up data acquisition and monitoring systems.
• Evaluate the impact
for the client requests for changes and/or amending contact on the project
schedules and report it to Management.
• University Degree (in
Information technology or Computer science preferred)
• Have similar working
experiences minimal 3 years.
• Business English
Proficiency (Writing, Communication is a must). German is advantage.
• Advanced skill in Excel
• Strong knowledge of
Database SQL Server
• Knowledge of at least
one of the .NET Language (C#, Visual basic)
• Have prior knowledge
on how IT back-office software/solution works (processes, modules,
deployments, implementation methods, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile
methodologies
• Have knowledge of
medical related standards such as HL7 / DICOM
• Time-management skills
and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for
resolution.
• Experience in various
Controlling ticket / repository (e.g : TFS, SVN, GitHub, OpenProject, etc)
• Experience run project
and debugging project using Visual Studio (3 years or more)
• Planning, Problem
Solving, Negotiation/Persuasion, Diversity, Communication Skills
• Management experiences
as Project Management like Kanban, Trello,Jira, etc (3 years or
more)
• Strong Leadership
skill to manage different cultures and cross function leads.
